I’m really glad you’re here. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or just ready for something to change, this is a gentle place to start.
Together, we’ll slow things down, sort through what’s been weighing on you, and find new ways of feeling more connected—to yourself and to the people who matter most. You don’t have to have the perfect words or a clear plan—that’s what our work together is for. In our work together, we’ll gently shine a light on what feels confusing or heavy, so it doesn’t have to bog you down alone anymore.
About Me
I’m a warm, nurturing therapist who believes that growth happens in safe, steady relationships. I bring a calm, grounded presence to our work so you don’t have to hold everything by yourself.
As a parent of two now‑grown children who have become mature, loving adults, I’ve lived through many of the seasons and transitions that families face. I draw on both my professional training and my lived experience to support you in finding more connection, compassion, and hope in your own story. I believe healthy, safe families grow from a deep sense of being accepted as you are—a kind of confidence that makes room for curiosity, taking risks, using humor, and finding joy in the small, everyday moments of life. I will provide you with a roadmap to the connections that you have always longed for. There is a way to find it.
